Is Timber Lodge pet-friendly?
Yes, in select rooms. Pets must be leashed outdoors and never left unattended.

Yes, we provide fresh linens, bath towels, and extra blankets for your comfort.
What kitchen appliances and essentials are provided?
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaste. We also provide cooking utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices.
Are there any restaurants within walking distance?
Yes. Along White Mountain Blvd you’ll find guest favorites like Pinetop Brewing Co., Munich Haus, El Patrón, Red Devil, and Tipsy Hippy Grill—all a short drive and some walkable depending on your pace.

What outdoor activities are available near the inn?
Guests enjoy lakeside walks, fishing, kayaking, hiking/biking on local trails, and scenic lift weekends / winter skiing at Sunrise Park Resort (seasonal).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request, depending on availability.
Do you offer extended-stay or weekly rates?
Yes. We have weekly and multi-week options ideal for remote work or long getaways. Ask us for current rates and availability.
