This place is a hidden gem!!! The rooms exceeded my expectations. The bed was sooo comfortable. Each room has its own table and chairs outside. They have 2 grills you can use and fire pit area!!! It's was very quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is it!! You cannot beat the price either! We will definitely look for an excuse to come back!!!! (:

Great location right in Pinetop. Clean rooms with good kitchenette and right on the main road. Very quiet but still close to everything. Best overall value I’ve seen. Anita at the front desk was great too.

The room far exceeded expectations based on the price point. It was super spacious, with a sitting area, small dining table, and plenty of room. Very clean. Functional – kitchenette had mugs, plates, cups, multiple-burner stovetop, microwave, minifridge, etc. Very updated, decorated well, felt very high-end. Super comfy and cozy – the bed was SO comfy (memory foam), everything about the room was inviting. I only got to stay one night, but I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed with our dog this weekend- we cannot say enough great things about this place! The rooms are extremely clean and updated and have everything you could possibly need. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the location is perfect to check out all of the local spots. It felt like we were staying in our own private apartment for the weekend. We will without a doubt be returning.
